Kegiatan diawali dengan pembukaan oleh koorprodi MP, Dr. Siti Zulaikha, S. Ag, M. Pd dilanjutkan paparan desain profil lulusan prodi MP oleh Prof. Dr. Aan Komariah, M. Pd, Prof. Sutjipto, dan Prof. Unifah Rosyidi, M. Pd, Dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi. Lalu kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan brainstorming dari pengawas SD Kecamatan Pulogadung Drs. Salamun, M. Pd, kepala sekolah SDN Rawamangun 12 pagi Bapak Rosim, S. Pd, M. Si, serta dari para alumni, diantaranya: Fachrul Rosyid, M. Pd, Mahendra Eka Saputra, S. Pd, Ratna Nurlaila, S. Pd, Zulfikar, S. Pd, Dwina, S. Pd, Pratamadhanty, M. Pd, Fathurrohman, S. Pd, dengan didampingi beberapa dosen MP yaitu Dr. Suryadi, Dr. Supadi, M. Pd, Dr. Desi Rahmawati, M. Pd, Dimas Kurnia Robby, M. Pd dan Evitha Soraya, M. Pd. Beberapa hasil FGD diantaranya:<\/p>\n<p>Profil lulusan adalah \u201cPeran\u201d yang diharapkan bisa dilakukan nantinya oleh lulusan didunia kehidupan. Peran ini bisa menunjuk kepada suatu profesi (dosen, kepala sekolah, pengawas) atau jenis pekerjaan yang khusus (manager pendidikan, praktisi pendidikan, akademisi) atau bentuk kerja yang bisa digunakan dalam beberapa bidang yang lebih umum (peneliti, analis, leader) yang dicanangkan oleh Program Studi. Dengan mengidentifikasi jenis pekerjaan dan jabatan, penentuan profil lulusan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Masukan profil lulusan S1 MP:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" width=\"623\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 302px; vertical-align: top;\" width=\"302\">Pelaksana tata kelola satuan pendidikan, tim pengembang pada tingkat satuan pendidikan.<\/td>\n<td width=\"321\">Pelaksana tata kelola\/tim teknis pada tingkat satuan pendidikan adalah sumber daya manusia yang bekerja pada tingkat satuan pendidikan (sekolah\/lembaga diklat) dengan kategori tenaga kependidikan. Pada pendidikan formal, pelaksana ini disebut dengan tenaga tata usaha sekolah (TAS) sebagaimana diatur dalam Permendikbud Nomo 28 Tahun 2008 tentang Standar Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah. Standar\u00a0 tenaga\u00a0 administrasi\u00a0\u00a0 sekolah\/madrasah.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 302px; vertical-align: top;\" width=\"302\">Analis, perencana, pelaksana tata kelola (pemroses), pengawas, dan pengembang pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan di yayasan, dinas pendidikan, lembaga\/badan diklat\/pusdiklat, organisasi pendidikan, dan layanan pendidikan lainnya.<\/td>\n<td width=\"321\">Jenis-jenis tenaga kerja sebagaimana dicantumkan di atas merupakan peran-peran yang telah dianalisis uraian kerjanya dan pelaksanaan kerjanya membutuhkan ilmu administrasi pendiidkan. Hal ini sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Nomor 20 Tahun 2015 Tentang Uraian Tugas Jabatan Pelaksana di Lingkungan Badan Kepegawaian Negara.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/mp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Gambar1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1521\" src=\"https:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/mp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Gambar1.png\" alt=\"Gambar1\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Catatan (1)<\/p>\n<p>Industry 4.0 will not only affect industries but consequently will transform the way jobs and education will be seen.
