Kartini lt. 2 R. Abdul Latief. Berlangsung kegiatan Forum diskusi tepumpun\/<em>Focus Group Discussion<\/em>\u00a0(FGD) diikuti oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik, Koordinator Prodi PG PAUD, Kepala Laboratorium, Tim Laboratorium, Dosen PG-PAUD, FIP UNJ, Kepala Sekolah dan Guru TK Labschool Rawamangun. Dengan menghadirkan Dosen Tamu Prof. Nina Sajaniemi, Ph.D, dari University of Eastern Finland (UEF). Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengembangan laboratorium sebagai sarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran di Prodi PG-PAUD, FIP, UNJ. Peran laboratorium PAUD saat ini memiliki tiga fungsi yaitu; sebagai pusat penelitian dan pengembangan keilmuan PAUD (<em>research and development center<\/em>), laboratorium sekolah (<em>children services center<\/em>) dan pusat pelatihan guru (<em>teacher training center<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3045 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2.jpg 1280w, http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role2-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a>Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan\u00a0<em>sharing experience\u00a0<\/em>mengenai; fungsi laboratorium PAUD di Indonesia, khususnya Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan Eastern Finland University, gambaran pelaksanaan PAUD di Indonesia dan Finlandia, serta pengembangan profesionalisme guru. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi terpumpun, diperoleh hasil bahwa;\u00a0<strong><em>Pertama<\/em><\/strong>, laboratorium merupakan tempat pertama bagi calon guru untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan melakuan beragam workshop yang menunjang pengembangan keterampilan\u00a0untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran bersama anak.\u00a0<strong><em>Kedua<\/em>,<\/strong>\u00a0gambaran pelaksanaan PAUD di Finland dan di Indonesia yaitu memiliki kurikulum nasional yang dapat diaplikasikan berdasarkan kondisi anak dan konteks dimana anak tersebut berada.\u00a0<strong><em>Ketiga<\/em>,<\/strong>\u00a0pengembangan profesionalisme guru yaitu di Finlandia guru didorong untuk memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan minimal Magister, individu juga diminta untuk melakukan refleksi diri (<em>self-reflection<\/em>) mengenai potensi dan pengembangan diri yang lebih jauh untuk menunjang profesionalismenya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, dimana guru bisa kembali ke universitas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3046 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role3.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role3.jpg 960w, http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role3-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/fip.unj.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chilhood-Education-Laboratory-Role3-768x576.jpg 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pada hari Selasa, 26 November 2019, \u00a0Pukul. 10.00 \u2013 12.00 WIB bertempat Gd.
