Graduates of the Learning Technology and Performance Technology Study Program have skills in designing, developing, managing, and evaluating learning and organizational performance. They are skilled in developing curriculum, learning resources, and learning media, as well as using ICT in educational and training environments. <\/span><\/span>By prioritizing professional ethics, they are ready to contribute to improving the quality of learning and organizational performance independently.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Able to carry out learning engineering by designing, developing, managing, utilizing and evaluating learning processes and resources while upholding professional ethics.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Developing learning, learning resources and learning media.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Developing micro curriculum (subjects) in various educational units (schools and non-schools).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Developing media and\/or learning resources, from conventional ones to the use of ICT for an educational institution independently.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Managing learning resources and using ICT for learning.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
