Kurikulum S1 PGSD telah merujuk pada Peraturan Presiden nomor 8 tahun 2012 tentang KKNI pada level 6, Permenristekdikti No 50 Tahun 2018, Permenristekdikti nomor 46/2015 tentang SNPT, standar nasional pendidikan guru (SNPG) yaitu guru dan profesi guru. Pengembangan kurikulum  tersebut sudah sesuai dengan University Learning Outcome Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Di samping itu, kurikulum ini telah mengakomodasi 4 aspek strategis yaitu Outcome Based Education (OBE), Keterampilan Abad ke-21, dan Literasi Digital. Struktur mata kuliah diklasifikasikan menjadi 2 yakni mata kuliah umum dan mata kuliah program studi. Berikut struktur kurikulum S1 PGSD antara lain :
